Repairing
Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's not fixable and you're still within your 3-year warranty, we'll offer you a direct replacement or voucher.

For each purchase made, we donate 9 meals to a child in Nepal.

Where do you ship from, and do you offer international shipping?

Yes we offer international shipping! We ship from our warehouse closest to you so we can quickly get your order out to you. Our warehouses are based in the UK, Belgium & PCN.

Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?

  3. Recharge and cleanse by placing it in moonlight or on selenite.

What is your return or exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges for a full refund within 60 days of purchase with proof of purchase, except for sale items and earrings, which are non-refundable. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered.

Holiday Return Policy
