Our 3-Year Warranty protects you from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Broken chains or clasps under normal use

  • Stone loss due to defective settings

  • Plating issues not caused by chemical or physical abrasion

  • Soldering issues or loose links

We stand by our products and will happily replace eligible items at no cost to you.


What’s Not Covered

The following are not covered:

  • Accidental damage, including drops, crushes, or snags

  • Scratches, fading, or general wear and tear from daily use

  • Tarnishing or discoloration due to cleaning chemicals

  • Loss or theft of the item

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or resizing by third-party jewelers

  • Alterations or modifications after purchase


Conditions for Warranty Claims

To maintain your eligibility:

  • You must be the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase

  • Warranty is non-transferable

  • Claims must be made through our official support channel at support@mindfulnessbody.com

  • Items must be returned to us for inspection before approval

  • Shipping to us is the customer’s responsibility; we cover return shipping for approved claims


How to Make a Claim

Making a warranty claim is easy:

  2. We’ll assess and respond within 1–3 business days

  3. If approved, send the item back to us for replacement

  4. We’ll take care of the rest and return your jewellery to you as soon as possible
