Order Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Below is our policy regarding order cancellations:
When You Can Cancel Your Order
Orders can be canceled if their status is marked as Unfulfilled, meaning the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mindfulnessbody.com with your order details. We will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refund promptly.
When Cancellation Is Not Possible
If the order status is Fulfilled (meaning the item has been processed, packed, and dispatched) or In Transit (meaning the item is on its way to the delivery address), cancellation is no longer permitted.

Returns
We offer a 60-day return policy. You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility To qualify for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt) is required.

Once your return is approved, you are responsible for printing your own return label. Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Mindfulnessbody does not cover return shipping for refunds to the original payment method.
Damages and Issues Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions regarding specific items, please contact us.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the original item and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day window to return items, no questions asked. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for processing by your bank or credit card company.
